    So my Maxx is an week old and already having an issue on a voice call I hear no audio but the other caller can hear me. Any suggestions? Also since it's so now would anyone recommend if I should get a different devices?

    I would suggest a reboot. Turn device off then back on. If that doesn't solve it try a factory reset. If that doesn't work take it back to Verizon and get a new one. Since it's just a week old you should have 0 problem doing it.

    Take it back before the 14 day return period. This is a known, but rare problem. Return it and pay the restocking fee, and then re buy it that way you get a brand new phone instead of a like new device.

    You COULD get a different phone if you want, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this one, but if you do, I would suggest the s3 or similar.
