Icon Name Change

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the name of a home screen icon on Droid Razr Maxx? Verizon Wireless 4.0.4

Long press on an icon and select Edit.

Sorry, that's assuming you have Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher asyour home screen.

If you don't, I highly suggest you install one of them. So much better than the stock home screen.

A nice little alternative to a launcher is "QiickShortcutMaker" from the Play Store. You can make custom shortcuts & name them as you wish.
