Today I was prompted to update to Jelly Bean. I accepted and it downloaded and began installation. After the reboot there was a battery indicator and the signal bars. The rest of the screen was blank. After 15 mins a message appeared saying that settings wasnt responding and asked if i wanted to wait or exit. I waited and after another 10 mins it asked again. I pressed close and nothing happened. After multiple restarts and clearing the cache I am left with the droid eye or the same blank page. Please help!

First and most simple question: Were you Rooted before the update?

You could try a full reset... hold down the Volume up, Volume down and the Power button all at the same time... hold them all down for about 10-15 seconds.

If that doesn't work, then bring it into a Verizon store.
