Sync Outlook contacts & Calendar-it works!

With my new Razr. I am new to Android and have found several apps to sync with Outlook but in reading reviews none seem to work without some kind of glitch. I found this option yesterday and it worked. I have over 1000 contacts which inclides many different categories. Everything synced with no glitches. You have to buy the program for your desk top and use a free app for the phone to make it work.
