Force close when searching in apps with 6.12.173

After I forced the update using the leaked release, I experienced the force close when the search button is pressed when the app drawer is opened.

So I decided to do a factory reset to see if it would resolve it. Guess what. It does... No more force close!

6.12.173 also allows my Kindle Fire to connect flawlessly with Verizon's mobile hotspot.

I was wrong... after google search updates, the force close comes back....

Yea.... .173 has the force close. There is a leak of .174 that is said to addrress that. Its a small bug fix leak, might not even be worth installing it.

If you uninstall the Google Search update it should stop FCing. I never updated Google Search and never had it FC. For some strange reason I dont update my apps regularly.
