Cant access USB Mass Storage

Somebody Plz help me I'm connecting to my computer an my phone just goes straight to charging doesn't give me the option of PC mode USB storage or nothing anymore how can i fix this???

After you connect your device to your PC, then pull down the notification bar, select "USB connection" and then select "USB Mass Storage."

Its not giving me that message in the notification bar when i connect to the PC idk what to do

Try connecting it to a different PC, or at least a different USB port on your PC.

Sounds like a bad USB port on the computer/laptop... or... your computer doesn't like the new updated Motorola drivers and doesn't want to auto install them... firewall or security application issue maybe??????
