    Default Amazon XT-910

I just got it in and it is a Spanish version from Yoigo.

Amazon.com: Motorola XT-910 DROID RAZR Unlocked GSM Smartphone with 8 MP Camera, Android OS, Wi-Fi, and GPS--No Warranty (Black): Cell Phones & Accessories

Supposed to be unlocked but it isn't.

Does anyone know a source of actual unlocked XT-910?

    thanks

I got mine from Amazon about 3 weeks ago, and the origin is a Latin American country... XT910.Latam.en.01 I use mine on ATT and it came unlocked. I hear that some of teh phones come from DT Germany and also from Roger's in Canada

I have never had this problem. I always buy unlocked phones from amazon and the Nokia E72 and Motorola Milestone both worked fine. I got a new sim a few months ago, but it also worked fine in both of those phones.

This is highly likely to be I just got a locked phone correct? In that case I will just exchange with Amazon. If not, someone let me know where I can buy International Razr.

    Thanks

It could be that you got a locked phone from Amazon. Just contact them and they will either give you an unlocking code, or will exchange the phone for you..
what is the original service provider of your phone? (settings -> about phone -> System version)
