The SOAK test will still likely happen first, just to weed out any issues that might be related to the update process. They always release info like this before an update...especially a big update. Note: there are no dates or anything listed in the new info...just coming soon.

Nonsense. I saw that icon in my status bar and was disappointed when no update was to be had. Wah!
