Coming from a person who works in PR I can tell you no agent on behalf of a company will tell you the customer is always wrong. I wouldn't put to much weight into a response from someone unless they are somehow affiliated with that company and it would clearly state that.
Rule 1 in PR is to spin whatever is wrong into a positive, not react with the first statement accusing the poster of attacking them. If in fact they do work for Motorola I would suggest they go back to school for another trade because their days in PR are most certainly numbered.
Either way, the only facts we know are that there has been a soak test and it apparently ended yesterday. As for the ota update we all are waiting for it.
