Was wondering if anyone can help. Last week I updated my razr to ics and wanted to give the face unlock a try. Set it up and all was fine for a day or so then it suddenly stopped working. By not working I'm saying the screen just remains black upon unlock it never attempts to recognize my face.it then goes to the patter, unlock which I've set up as an added measure security
I attempted to go onto the security settings to clear out and reset the app but it displays an error message whenever I attempt to select the face unlock from the settings menu. Again it went from working to not working, front camera otherwise works fine, I'm unable to retake a face picture because it force closes upon selecting it I the security >face unlock section. I've rebooted the phone to no avail.
