I had to reboot my Droid Razr and I can't get it to boot up. I tried to reboot by holding the power button and the volume down but all I get is a white flash and then nothing,but when I let go of the power button it will boot to the Motorola Dual Core screen and then that's it. Don't know what to do next. HELP!!! :'(

If you're running on 4.04 then this is a software bug i have encountered before (on a different device however) The only way to solve is to exchange or return the device. it should be covered as long as your not rooted. Hope you have backed everything up
This happened to me the other day, I just let the phone sit for about 30 minutes and then hit the power button and it decided to work! It had me worried for a little while but it works perfect now!
