Remote view/control RAZR on PC via USB (non-root)?

Is there an app that will let you remote view/control the RAZR on a PC via USB, no rooting required? I know there's that Java applet Screencast, but to fully control the phone (with the mouse/keyboard), you need to root your phone. Is there a version of this that has full functionality sans root?
