Verizon Razr rebooting every 3 minutes
This is kind of different from random reboots, because no matter what I am doing on the device or if its ideal, it does reboot around every 3 minutes.
Current version is 4.0.4 and the model of the device is Verizon xt912
System version: 6.16.211.xt912.Verizon.en.US
Kernel version: wt-3.0.0
Build no.: 6.7.2-180 ....
Build date: Jun 14, .... 2012
Another thing is, under the settings, the device is showing Baseband and IMEI - Unknown. Don't know what may have caused this. BTW, currently I am out of country (US) and I have no SIM inserted in the slot (for international GSM), I don't suppose no SIM can lead to BB and IMEI = unknown?
What I have tried:
Wiping Cache through recovery
Reset to factory settings
Option 1 of Matt's Razr
Any help, I would be thankful.
Any success, I would give out a couple of Amazon codes, as appreciation. All I want this Christmas is to get this device in working condition.
Thanks

Power down the phone. Remove the SIM card for 30 seconds and then power it back on.
If that doesn't fix it something may have flashed wrong last time you installed or updated something.

Doesn't work. Is there something that I can try to get it back in working condition?

Not possible. I am outside the country.
Is there anything that I can try doing?

Call global support or back up your data and do a factory reset and the dont touch backup assistant when re setting up the phone but that seems like a root canal to fix a tooth ache
