Downgrade from JB to ICS!

I have a droid razr and I am looking to find a way to downgrade it back to ICS from JB. I used this guide

It worked like a charm but I can't get the Wifi tether to work on it so I am looking to downgrade back to 4.0.4 ICS where it worked wonderfully. If anyone knows how please let me know. I already tried droidrazrutilities 1.82 and that just softbricked it when it failed to write the boot partition. everything else worked fine. Thanks!

Apparently Verizon is trying to be like "Big Brother" when it comes to using apps like FoxFi/PdaNet for a free hot spot.
One option you can do is root via rootblade option.
