Should I Repair Cracked Screen to Sell My Razr? Or Just Buy New Phone?

I received a Motorola Droid Razr in December 2011 as a gift. They paid close to $300 for it from VerizonWireless.
I dropped it and cracked the screen big time. Behind the cracks, everything still works.
Since I am considering changing carriers, I'm not sure of the value of this phone anymore.
Not sure if I can sell on the second-hand market if I fix the screen. I believe Radio Shack will fix it for $79.
If I do that...how much can I expect to get for it? Should I donate it? Trade it in?
Unreal that these things are so disposable. Hate to just dump it.
Not sure what to do....any advice is appreciated.

there are a bunch of different razrs so i can not guess whats its worth without more info. so google it on ebay and see what its worth and figure what your times worth. maybe call around and describe the phone to a few cell stores and see if they would buy for parts.
