ok so when i dock my droid X into my ezestand the back light dies after the set amount of time. i have the phone plugged into my pc and set it to charging only. I read that the original droid does this too when plugged into a pc and not to a wall outlet. Is there any thing i can do to stop this?

with the motorola dock. the light on our phones stay on full (does not time out)
you can then press the dimmer light to take it down
or press the lock/power button to turn the light off.
the screen time out timer doesn't seem to activate when in dock mode

ahh i have an eze stand. And the screen doesn't time out when plugged into a pc's usb port? i have it plugged into the wall and placed on my ezestand and the back light didn't dim at all.
