I'm looking for a bluetooth accessory that can plug into my car's aux so I can play my music through my car speakers without having to plug my phone into the aux itself. I make very few calls so making bluetooth calls is not important.

The cool think with the parrot is that it has a whole assortment of plugs you can use to hook up music. Which means if your friends have an iPod or Apple product, you can still access their music files with it. Im actually planning on going back to my stock radio because the Droid X Im getting on Saturday(3 more days! Cant wait!) will do everything that my crappy AVIC Z2 is SUPPOSED to do.

i got the parrot mki9100 in July and couldn't be happier. the sound is excellent and ipod music sounds amazing through it. it's a little pricey though for just music, seeing as the OP doesn't really need to make calls.

Agreed, but no manufacturer is going to make just a music system utilizing bluetooth. Or at least I havent seen one. I wouldnt build one either. Its not that much more difficult to add in the phone feature.

Besides, a lot of states have the hands free cell law now. And if they dont have one, they will have one soon. So I kind of look at it as a bonus. Even if he uses the phone option once a month, it pays for itself by not getting a ticket. CT is 100/150/200. Im not about to donate that kind of sauce to my corrupt state govt.
