This is very active in the RDU area of NC, Im still just a lvl 2 but that will change soon :-). we have so many portals around its hard to keep them intact.

Okay I may need a little schooling on portal hacking. I've got two portals on my way to work that I've hacked twice, and got a portal key and what looks like a redacted page of Intel from one of them. What am I supposed to do with the key/Intel and do I keep hacking them till the cows come home?
