First off my phone shipped and the mail lost the battery now I'm wondering. Is it possiable to boot the phone without the battery all my phone does is constantly reboot when turned on but download mode does work. I use to use an LG Optimas S and when i dont have battery in that a battery thing pops up and says battery needed. So does the constant reboot the thing the epic 4g does without the battery or is it broken Any help would be needed

I'm pretty sure you need a battery to boot to system on any android device. I am almost completely positive that is at least true for the Epic.

so theirs nothing wrong with the constant reboot should wait for my battery in a couple days
