What customizing have you done to your setup?

Just a fun thread here aside from the problems and complaints we usually see.

What things have you flashed to make your phone even more customized? (Not including Market apps)

TouchWiz Calculator, pulled and flashed midNIGHT v3.0 Ringtones, Liquid Physics Live Wallpaper, Microbes (Life under the Microscope) Live Wallpaper, Black Dialer mod.

re-flashed original sms app, sprint vm, and power button function.

Launcher pro, custom icon pack for quick launch bar.

Playing with the new honeycomb wallpaper for now, Custom trimmed ringdroid ringtones.

Next: I'm gonna try and go through and recolor some of my most frequently used stock android apps, such as the gmail, email, market, voice-mail ect.
will get some screenies up soon =)

Power Button, Touchwiz Calculator, Sprint Voicemail, Bonzai font, Samsung restore (touchwiz launcher), Smiley Key revert, TW Lock screen, Stock Gallery (loads faster for me) Gingerbread keyboard (market version) Thinking seriously about flashing the touchwiz email as the Gtab email is too buggy even when I did finally configure it properly. Also curious about flashing the stock browser as I don't care for the zoom/reflow of text in the current one.

I also sample MOST of the launchers out there (if you have a little known one let me know!) Sample many of the keyboards out there, and use widget locker with simi clock for a clean but useful lockscreen.
