INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Unlock/root your device
2. Do a Nandroid backup
3. Odin or Mobile Odin Sbrissens Kernel w/ ClockworkMod 6.0.1.0 Recovery or Use the included Recovery inside my Jellybean ROM.
3. Wipe /data and /cache (If you are on any of my previous nightly builds just wipe /cache and /data/dalvik-cache)
4. Install the Jellybro ROM, then install the Google Addon (Gapps).
5. Reboot out of recovery
6. Enjoy Jellybro CM10 Port

Questions and Answer Section:

Q.) Gallery wont load my pictures. It only shows black tiles, how can I fix this issue?
A.) Go onto your sdcard and delete ".nomedia" from it. Then go into Settings....applications.....rom manager and disable "Rom Manager". Boot into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik. Reboot.

Q.) I cant get a GPS Lock at all...How do I fix this?
A.) GPS works for 75-80% of people right out of the box without needing any special help to acquire a lock. However there are the other 20-25% that just cant get a lock. To fix this issue you need to Odin back to the stock ROM (EL29 or FF18) Get a solid GPS lock on the stock rom. Then flash Jellybro Nightly. You shouldnt have anymore issues with GPS there after.

Q.) Help me...I cant get root access to work, How do I fix this?
A.) Open the superuser app. Go to the wrench for settings. Then select security. Then go to automatic response and set it to allow from prompt. It will then work fine.

Q.) I can not get texts or receive calls...how do I fix this?
A.) You are experiencing LOS. Do a reboot of your device each time it happens. Or use tasker app to flash the LoS Fix in my op.

are you building this from sbrissens source, or just making changes to his built rom? because from the about phone, it seems you arent compiling anything at all.. just winzipping.. is that assumption correct? if so, how does this rom differ from sbrissens?

Along the same lines, my understanding is that you are stating that you are not obligated to release your source code for LoS and SoD fixes. If those "fixes" are contained in the kernel, then you are obligated by the terms of the GPL to release the source code simultaneously with the release of the binaries for public download. The android linux kernel base is licensed under GPL. Scott's kernel is therefore licensed under GPL, and therefore your modifications to the kernel, if any, are also licensed under the GPL. Please refer to the official GPL FAQW located at

There were mods added to the build.prop after compiling was complete. Also alot of fixes were added well after the first compling process.

ok, so you are tweaking his rom much like hakcenters/kobridge/placebo tweaks? just trying to wrap my head around the process involved here. it would be much easier to release your mods as a flashable then the whole rom wouldnt it? would be much smaller and easier to support..

Can you clarify this? It sounds like you edited an already-compiled ROM.

This is still sbrissens kernel. I kept his name on the kernel in about phone out of respect for sbrissens work. Im not slapping my name on anyones work what so ever.
