I just got my sgsII and I rooted it with a pre rooted kernal called zedo than I installed clockwork and booted in recovery wiped data and cache without making a backup and I placed it on my ext SD card but in recovery when I tried to install it was looking somewhere else and now I can't boot my phone into anything but recovery

After you go to 'install zip from sdcard' --> 'choose zip from sdcard', look for ' -external_sd'. Your zip should be in there. Was it a rom file you put in there?

You placed cwm on your ex sd card you mean? What?

juust install this through cwm

the lastest is 1.0.2.1 tar file, odin it, make sure your phone is in download mode, it has cwm installed already etc.

Newest cwm has the option for internal sd install and external sd install.

is it better to flash stuff from the "internal" sd card, or the "external" sd card?
