Assuming that by CPU you mean PC, you don't. You have to flash a file in Odin, a Windows only program, to at minimum flash a kernel that is packaged with Clockwork Mod Recovery. After that you can flash files right on your phone using that recovery, including SuperUser which is what grants root access.

If you want to root this phone you're going to need to find a PC to use.

Don't you need to install Kies (or at least some Samsung drivers) to make Odin work? That could complicate things.

If you are brave, you can try mobile ODIN. Theoretically you wouldn't need a PC, assuming it works for E4GT.
