My E4GT just went out of warranty so I rooted and rom'd for the first time. I'm watching the CyanogenMod 10 latest daily to load since it's apparently very stable. I am salivating at just the homescreen loading, it's going to be a long 15 minutes.

My phone has never ran better I am still cycling my battery but I've seen big gains already.

There's a CM10.1 build on XDA which is great. It feels like a new phone all over...which makes waiting until my upgrade date that much easier .
