Default For sure will be purchasing an extended battery but where and when?

I need to know if they sell these now or if anyone has any news on when one will be available, because Im in Chicago which has 4G and the way ill be using data on this phone 1500mah battery will spill for me like a glass of water.

i only trust official spec OEM batteries and chargers made specifically for the device. i do not trust anything from ebay or Seidio or some third party company to power may $500+ device. and i don't need the headaches of intermittent charging problems let alone smartphone damage.

i really wish HTC had a good official "HTC Store".

Yeah but what about the battery door, im assuming that the thicker battery would need a new door to hold it.

Though I have failed to confirm this, I was under the impression that the Incredible and HD2 had the same size battery, though perhaps different capacities.

Actually I may have mistaken the HD2 part. Amazon.com: OEM HTC Li-Ion Battery for HTC EVO 4G & Touch Pro2 (Red) 35H00123-22M: Electronics

It sold out after i found it, but I wonder if it's legit?

The Seidio 1750mAh extended battery for the Hero fits in the original battery bay without an extended back.
