    Default Safest Case material

    Is there a consensus on what is the safest material for a case (TPU, Silicone, Plastic, etc), or do most people just buy a case based on size, style, and looks?

    Theoretically TPU and silicon won't damage your phone. Plastic can. If dust gets in between the case and phone it will scratch no matter what.
