Okay, so last night, i decided I would go big or go home and try to root my phone. I was very successful and unlocking the bootloader, but was confused what to do after that. (I'm newb). So I downloaded Rom Manager on my phone, chose the ROM I wanted, and tried to reboot, but it said it couldn't install the ROM, because superuser didn't have the proper permissions. At this time it's about 2am, and I wanted to go to bed. In my knowledge I know i had the proper superuser.zip in my sdcard, and i had the CWM i wanted to flash on my sdcard. So I turned off my phone and plugged it into a wall charger, not looking at the LED, and went to bed. I woke up with the phone plugged in, and nothing showing (ie: LEDs, bootscreen). I unplugged the phone, and re-plugged it in, and the LED flashed once, and that was it.

NOW I CAN'T CHARGE THE PHONE, TURN IT ON, BOOT INTO HBOOT. MY COMPUTER DOESN'T RECOGNIZE IT EITHER. PLEASE HELP

How do I disable disk drive mode? Its a new phone and it doesn't even have an SD card. I can't take pictures or download music (which my old incredible 2 did without SD card). I don't see options for it anywhere. I have looked through every section of my settings. Changing pc settings doesn't help.

My Incredible 2 died on Monday. I had been using it as normal, and picked it up off my desk only to find it was off and would not turn on. I've had that thing since May 2011. Served me well. End of the month and GS4 can't come soon enough now.

Fact one: I am a noob (Keep this in mind)

What changes to I need to make to my Dinc2 so I can delete the bloatware on it?

Refer to Fact one for the following question;
How do I go about making whatever changes are needed?

Fact two: I am mostly happy with my Dinc2 as it is, but who doesn't want just a bit more even when happy.

Keeping this, and Fact one, in mind...Is it worth doing whatever needs to be done to unlock/open/otherwise violate my phone in order to do said changes? (not that i'm against volating things)

Any help, linked guides, warnings, or otherwise WTH are you doings would be greatly appreciated.
