Hello, I was wondering if anybody might be able to help me out who knows a decent amount about HTC. My friend has an HTC incredible and it's really bricked. Its to the point where it will only boot up into hboot. We've tried to figure out how to install a stock rom on it but we can't really because clockworkmod keeps failing. Its undetectable on a computer. Is there any option we have to get it running again? Thanks to anybody who can help me!

Hi all,

Brand new here, thanks in advance for any help!

I have a Verizon/HTC Droid Incredible, had some overheating and battery drain issues a few weeks ago, did a factory reset, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. EXCEPT for the camera.

I used to be able to take a photo while holding the photo upright (portrait style), and it would store in the gallery upright, send in SMS upright, upload to computer upright, etc. My phone just came this way. Since the factory reset though, if I take a photo while holding my phone as you would to take a portrait photo, the image that holds for review is correct, but it stores in the gallery rotated 90 degrees. Even if I rotate it back in the gallery and it appears to stay the way I'd like it to there, as soon as I put it in an SMS or email, it rotates back. I'm beyond puzzled and I feel like I've gone through every setting on my phone trying to crack the problem.

Any advice?? Thanks!
