I am trying to upgrade and am having a very hard time figuring out how to do so. It has been a while and I cannot find the proper docs for a newb. I have downloaded both ROMS. I am rooted but am not sure if I need new tools or not to install the new OS from the .zip file. Any help is appreciated. Just a link to the right install doc would be great as I cannot find it myself.

THANKS!

I'm new to rooting and I was trying to root my phone. I downloaded the wrong captivate ROM (it was AT&T, and I have Verizon) Now, whenever I boot my phone, it either takes me to the voodoo boot menu, or constantly restarts itself. I want to revert to either 2.2 froyo, or if possible jellybean. Any suggestions? (I was also using odin and clockwork mod)

...have stopped working. (Menu, Home, Search, Back) I can answer calls, take photos, view e-mail, but I have to reboot the phone to switch apps, or even go back to the home screen. The buttons light up when I touch them, but they don't DO anything. Can this phone be saved, or is it trashed?
