not receiving text notification

Since 2.0 update my watch no longer recieves any notifications. The blue tooth is connected but no notifications come through. Any ideas on how to fix this? My phone is aVZW pixel XL.

I am on iOS so I am not sure if this question even makes sense for a google phone, but just to make sure, your phone still notifies you of a text message, just not the watch? I am on iOS with AD 2.0 and I get text notifications no problem, just sad that I cannot reply via the phone, but thats an iOS issue :0(

Ask for you about ios , (i'm use iphone7+)
if a watch is not choose "always on" then notification coming... Is it display will alert glow ?
