Thanks to Core Memory at XDA for spotting this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24903211

LG has released a new minor update recently for the G2x, updating it to 2.3.4.

List of what's new, updated, and fixed:
* Aforementioned update to 2.3.4
* Google Plus integrated
* Swype updated to 3.26.92 series
* New RIL and baseband (Dated March 11, 2012)
* Various tweaks

So far as I have noted, battery life has improved a bit over the v21e stock.

If you have not rooted, gone to Cyanogen, and/or NvFlash'd your recovery, it should be available to you as an OTA update. Otherwise, get back to stock and use the LG update tool.

The new baseband is now available through GetRil in the Play store, in the event you are rooted and don't want to return to stock.

Getril does not download and install the Baseband. It will download and install the Radio Interface Layer, which communicates with the OS and the Baseband.
