Im a NOOB and I need help!

Ok I had an iPhone before my Skyrocket and I jail broke no problem. I tried to root my phone and it worked...kind of. Nothing really worked on it. So i put it back to stock. Now, my marketplace doesnt work, and my internet is messed up. Idk how to go about fixing it. I either want to make it like it was before i messed it up or i want to root it correctly. I tried to use Doom Lord but its not working. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!!! If this is not posted in the right spot im sorry.

I used SuperOneClick to root my Skyrocket. Its by far the easiest way.
