These reports have been going around for so long. Truth is both consoles will end up looking nearly identical for multiplatform games. Exclusives may be slightly different but in no way will a PS4 be 50% stronger. Look at DriveClub compared to Forza 5. Yes, Forza doesn't have dynamic environments but it runs at 60 FPS at 1080p. Drive Club, with no AI on the screen is unable to break 30 FPS now.
