    Question Fpse on andriod..for note 2 help please

    Just bought the note 2. Best phone on the market by the way. I like this playstation app fpse. Just need a few pointers, how does it work. Do i download and just start playing? or do i need to download other things etc etc. If someone can just please explain step by step i would appreciate it. Thanks in advanced

    You need to download ROMs to play it. I'm not gonna explain because I got in trouble for it last time I did.
