Are their any cross-platform games with iOS?

I did a google search but wasn't too sucessfull. I found some type of airplane game but I'm looking for something more simple like a word game of some type. Maybe scrabble or hangman?

I've got to spend the weekend at a boring convention with a coworker that is an iPhone 4 user and would be great to have some type of multiplayer game to keep us busy.

Thanks for the suggestions. Wordwise pro is right up my alley but the other style games mentioned aren't my genre. THanks for the suggestions though. I read a blog that stated the hugely popular Words with friends on iOS will be available soon on android for cross platform play.

Only problem now is convinging my iOS friends to spend money on another scrabble style game just so I can play them. Most of them already have paid for words with friends

Maybe the android port will come out sooner than later.
