Sd problem and possibile solution with a rom "exchange"

Hi,i have an s3 clone it's the igds mkt6575
I'm writing in order to ask some help for the file "vold.fstab".

I've modified for a past reason and my phone is quite useless now,because it does not read the sd card

In both files i've copied those two strings (the other part I THINK is the same)

The cell details:
Firmware version 4.1.9
Build number IMM76D.I9300ZSALE9
Kernel version 3.0.13
ARMv7 Processor rev 10 (v7l)

But i have an important information!
I have 2 of that devices and the second one is new
How can I use the second to restore the first? A backup of the rom from the second and then a restore in the first?

(REMEMBER that the problem in the first relates to the sd card, then all the operations have to be done by pc, like with flash tool) If you can tell me step by step as I am not an expert!!! Pleaseee
