How important is tri-band LTE to you?

I have a Note 2- love it, but I also love a lot of the newer phones on the market. Note 3 seems great, but some people complain it's only single band LTE. G2 seems like a great tri-band phone, but I've seen some pretty poor reviews about it, mainly software and screen issues.

How much does tri-band LTE capability play into your decision?

No chance it will be unlocked to use on tmo, AT&T, sprint out the box? At least the one offered via google play?
