Windows 8 laptop to Android?

I would like to know if its possible to change the OS on my laptop to android?
The specs on the laptop/Sleekbook are as followed:

Now what I would like to do is completely change it over to Android. And in afew days Ill be upgrade the Ram to 8GB.
I bought the laptop/Sleekbook on Black Friday mainly because it was a good price plus touchscreen.
