cost effective phone with good camera

I'm looking to buy a used phone for use with AT&T in US. All I care about are the following:

1. Miracast - so it needs to be jellybean 4.4.2 or higher
2. Good camera - at least 8 MP camera and fast shooting so I can take pictures of active toddler

What's the most cost effective phone I can get that will give me the above? Also, what's the android phone with the best camera in general (nevermind cost) for shooting a fast moving toddler - I'm leaning toward trying to save money but I might just splurge for a good camera depending on the difference in quality?

Either the Samsung Galaxy S5, LG G2 or G3 (when it comes out) ,Nexus 5, or Moto X that's all I can think of!! Hope this is helpfull!!!
