For the past week (maybe 2), I've had this problem where my phone (Droid X, 2.3.3, Verizon) will occasionally change from the correct time to the wrong time. Just a few minutes ago, it kept oscillating between Feb 22 5pm and 7/9 6pm (the correct time). It did this 15 or so times, with less than 10 seconds between each change.
I assume the time comes from Verizon's tower? Or maybe the phone has a faulty internal clock battery.
I probably never would have noticed except that when it jumps time, it triggers some calendar events/reminders that it shouldn't, which I get notifications about.
It doesn't happen often enough though for me to reliably take it into a Verizon store and show them that it's not working right.
