    Default help with picking out prepaid android phone for sons

    Can anyone point me in the right direction for prepaid android phones for my sons.I would like a nice decent phone for them.I noticed boost mobile has the Samsung prevail.Does anyone have any experience with that phone?I still have some time to research its gonna be a Christmas gift for them.Also can the boost phones be rooted.......I know I know can't help it I'm a android addict lol

    You may want to check out Virgin Mobile. One of my buddies is pretty happy with the Optimus V.

    Yes, the Optimus V is great but getting a bit old. The Triumph is out for Virgin Mobile as well, I believe. Might want to look into the phone. If nothing is released between now and when you want to purchase the phones, then the V is the way to go /assuming you don't like the Triumph). Yes, it can be rooted.

    Virgin Mobile has been pretty great for me so far and I love my Optimus V. The Triumph looks nice too, but it costs twice as much as the OV.
