i can't find "Send to voicemail" option

I am using HTC Incredible Phone, Android 2.2 OS
When I create a new contact in my phone with only 1 phone number, there is a
setting "send to voicemail" I can activate to ignore that contact when they
call me.

I have 1 contact called "Spam" and I add many phone numbers, basically
anytime someone calls me repeatedly, I add them to the Spam contact to
ignore them. When I try to activate the "Send to voicemail" option, and
press OK, it does not save it. I cannot activate this feature.

Probably a physical limitation to the contacts manager. Perhaps there is a more robust version in the market.

There are some other apps you may wish to check out, like a "filter" whereas I believe you can use wildcards, especially useful from computer generated spam calls, spam sms and such.
