Question about stock browser

I'm curious, is there any way to close it without just pressing the Home button? Like in Dolphin HD browser, if you hold down the Back button, it'll let you just exit the browser.

Also, one other question. Is possible to reorganize the order of your bookmarks, and if so, how?

My phone will close dolphin out with back button also same for stock browser. Closes everything by hitting back button. Maybe I am misunderstanding. That is how you "close"everything. By hitting home you are going to homescreen but leaving app open.,(or browser).

Well, for me, pressing back in the stock browser simply goes back a page. So if I do a lot of browsing, I'd have to keep hitting back over and over again to close it completely.
