Answering texts via voice only

Anyone know of a way to do this? MotoSpeak could, but their software only works with motorola devices. I have a blueant q2, get a LOT of work emails,texts,and calls throughtout the day, but my hands are always busy working on something. Need a way to at least reply to text messages via voice only. I tried vlingo, but it mst be on the "incar" screen to work which means no music, and the screen has to be on for the wake up command to work. BlueAnt software will read it, but not allow you to reply. Anything else I should try? Something I am missing?

You can try drivesafe.ly and see if that works. You can listen to music while you use it. I used to use it all the time on blackberry.

Give Vlingo a try. In car-mode it allows you to do everything via voice (send/respond to text, search the web, update social network statuses, open apps, get directions etc.). If you turn SafeReader on, it will read incoming text/email, as well.
