I've had my Droid X since last December, And yesterday it dropped making the screen shatter.
I was going to take it back for the insurance but I was told by my mom that we had an update on the account and I could use the update if I wanted to just go ahead and get a new phone.. Iphone 4s is what im wanting (Dont start an Android v iPhone) war.. Im tired of the android operating system.
But the problem is that my mom lives 5 hours away and pays my phone bill etc.. I live with my dad, so basically I was wondering if I could go to the Verizon store and update contracts & such with our account passwords without having my mother there or anything. just pay the 200 give them my password update the contract and leave with a new phone..
Or would I just have to do the 100$ insurance on my Droid X?
