    Default Restore/backup help

I have all the apps on the phone I want on my phone.I don't want to have to go back and find them in the market when I restore my phone which wipes my whole phone as far as i can tell because i can't remove the sd card from my phone because its a nexus s 4g. I have all my apps backed up titanium and app backup and restore from the market to my sd card. So I guess my question is how to you backup apps when your doing a full restore if that makes since...

Just pull the directory generated by Titanium to a desktop PC. Then after the wipe replace it and restore using titanium.

Just make sure you only backed up downloaded apps, and NOT system apps and data or else you'll have a mess on your hands.
