Is there a way inthe android market to have all my apps listed so that I caninstall them again? I know that the Amazon market has this but cant find itin the android one. It took me a month to get my phone set up the way I wanted.

Not unless you bought the apps, otherwise they dissapear from your app list. Unless you had Google bank up your apps which you probly didn't. Best solution, is that you'll have to download the apps all over:( sorry.

I believe if you log into your Market Account via computer " http://market.android.com" it will tell you what applications were associated with your device and then you can re download them.

Yep. It should maintain the previous history there link to whichever devices are associated with that Gmail account. Example mine shows my current setup with my NS4G and my old Epic 4g is still listed there.

You can then opt right there to have the apps re downloaded to your device.

I did have my phone set to back up all app data to Google servers but have no clue how to do a restore.
Look under settings, I can't remember on Froyo or Gingerbread but currently on ICS we have an Option Backup & Reset which gives you the option to have data automatically restored to any previous applications.
