Evo 4G

I apoligise in advance if I posted this in the wrong place.I have a problem with my Evo 4G. I got it October 30th 2010 it has been great. I waited till December 2011 to root it. I rooted it to the ISCmod7v1Kernel 2.6.37.6 Build GWK74. All worked great the phone battery went from only lasting 10 hours a day to 18 or better. Dumped all that non needed junk like sprint NASCAR and Flicker. Was able to use the WiFi hot spot so i can get my Xoom on line when away from home. Yesterday I tried to use my hot spot and when i turned on the WiFi option I get error under the word WiFi after the phone tries to turn on the WiFi. I tried to turn on the Bluetooth and it just wont come on. 3G works all phone options work text sound camera touch screen just no WiFi or Bluetooth. So I did a master reset no difference. Cleared the Dalvik Cache no difference. Re installed the Rom and Kernel no difference. Phone says following if it helps. Android Version 2.3.7 Baseband Version 2.15.00.0808 Kernel Version 2.6.37.6-cyanogenmod-01509-g8913be8 CPU Armv7 rev 2(v71) Mod Version ICSmod7v1 Build GWK74b31b32.
