The other day I noticed several "new" albums in my photo Gallery that I didn't create. They don't have any information when I try to view their details, and I can't find them in the file system. They sit in individual folders with dates as names. Again, their location is "unknown" so I can't seem to delete them.

The only other detail that I can really use to describe these pictures/directories is that, in the bottom left corner of each thumbnail, is a small lens iris that forms a house, almost like the Picasa logo without the color. I do not have a Picasa account and I don't have the app on this phone. I'm not sure what these files are or where they came from.

Does anyone know where these files could have come from and how to get them off of my phone? Maybe where they came from...

Quite sure they come from Picasa.. Try to check your Google account with a PC, maybe you'LLC find the solution..

Yep, those are your Picasa albums. On your phone, go to Settings -> Accounts and Sync and choose your gmail account and check the settings for instant upload and Picasa sync.

This was exactly where it was. I had checked to make sure that a Picasa account wasn't set up independently, but hadn't checked through another account. Thanks man.
