Gain S-Off without using a computer

My HTC Incedible 2 is not getting past the white HTC Screen. I need to get S-OFF in order to be able to root the phone but when I connect the phone to my computer it is not working since it is malfunctioning.

I have installed HTC sync, tried to separetely install just the driver but no luck.

Is there a zip file that I can unload onto my SD card in order to gain S-OFF without using a computer?
